▪️水或蔬菜高湯 1200cc
▪️牛番茄 2顆
▪️泰式冬蔭功醬 30克
▪️砂糖、鹽 適量
?烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1.番茄切大塊。
【調理作法】
1.將泡菜、番茄、水、泰式冬蔭功醬放入鍋中,煮滾後,轉中小火繼續煮約10分鐘,最後試味道,加入適當的糖、鹽即完成湯底。
2.加入喜歡的火鍋食材烹煮。
【特別說明】
1.泡菜醬汁也可以加入湯底中。
2.泰式冬蔭功醬可以在超市、素料行採買。

?Ingredients : (For 2 people)
▪️Vegan Korean kimchi 200g
▪️Water or vegetable stock 1200cc
▪️Two beef tomatoes
▪️Vegetarian tom yum paste 30g
▪️Sugar、Salt , adequate amount
?Instructions:
【Cutting/ PREP-Ahead】
1. Cut the tomato into large pieces.
【Cooking Steps】
1. Put kimchi, tomato, water and vegetarian tom yum paste in a pot, bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. Finally, taste and add appropriate sugar and salt to complete the soup base.
2. Add your favorite hot pot ingredients to cook.
