◎食材及佐料〔Ingredients〕:(3人份)
▪️牛番茄 1-2顆
▪️羅勒葉 1包
▪️番茄泥 1罐
▪️番茄醬、義式香料、起司絲、黑胡椒粒 適量
▪️白乳酪、厚片 各3片

◎烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1. 牛番茄切0.8公分片。
2. 羅勒葉洗淨備用。
【調理作法】
1.厚片切九宮格紋路。
2.調製披薩醬:
將番茄泥與番茄醬(比例為8:1)、適量義式香料,攪拌均勻備用。
3.厚片抹上披薩醬,鋪上少許起司絲,擺上番茄片、羅勒葉、白乳酪,最後再一層起司絲、黑胡椒粒。
4.烤箱180度預熱,放入厚片烤約5分鐘,起司上色即可取出。
【特別說明】
ps.羅勒葉要讓起司覆蓋住比較不會烤焦。

Refreshing, sweet and sour tomatoes, paired with rich cheese and the aroma of basil leaves, all the taste have melded perfectly together. ◎Ingredients : (For 3 people)
▪️One to two of beef tomatoes
▪️A pack of basil leaves
▪️A can of tomato puree
▪️Tomato sauce、Italian spices、Shredded cheese、Black pepper , adequate amount
▪️Three slices of fromage blanc、Three slices of toast recipe
◎Instructions:
【Cutting/PREP-Ahead】
1. Slice beef tomatoes into 0.8 cm thick.
2. Wash basil leaves and set aside.
【Directions】
1. Cutting a grid into the top of the sliced thick toasts. (not to cut all the way through to the bottom)
2. Make pizza sauce:
Mix tomato puree with tomato sauce (ratio 8:1), suitable amount of Italian spices, and stir well for later use.
3. Spread the pizza sauce on the thick toasts; add a little shredded cheese; put tomato slices, basil leaves, Fromage blanc, and finally another layer of shredded cheese and some black pepper.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put in toast slices and bake for about 5 minutes. It’s done when the cheese turned golden brown.
[Special notes]
Cover basil leaves with cheese to avoid getting burnt.
