?食材及佐料〔Ingredients〕:(5人份)
▪臭豆腐 4塊
▪千張豆皮 6張
▪純素起司絲 200克
▪九層塔末 40克
▪胡蘿蔔末 30克
▪玉米粒 60克
▪胡椒粒 適量
▪糖 適量
?烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1.豆腐捏碎備用。
【調理作法】
1.九層塔洗淨擦乾切成細末,混合蔬菜、豆腐及切碎起司,用豆皮捲。
2.放入油鍋中,炸至金黃色即可擺盤,完成!
【特別說明】
1.油炸時,可以沾上酥漿粉。
2.千張豆皮可用腐皮替代。
3.純素起司絲可於蔬食超市購買。

? Tofu is low-calorie, nutritious, and provides satiety. Chef of Guanyinshan wraps stinky tofu and fillings into bean curd sheets. After frying, they become stinky tofu cheese rolls which are delicious and interesting. Green food can be culinary delights! Quickly follow the chef of Guanyinshan. Let’s cook simple vegetarian dishes together!
?Ingredients : (For 5 people)
▪Four Stinky tofu
▪Six Bean curd sheets
▪Vegan shredded cheese 200g
▪Minced basil 40g
▪Minced carrot 30g
▪Kernel corn 60g
▪Peppercorns , adequate amount
▪Sugar , adequate amount
?Cooking steps:
【Cutting/Beforehand preparation】
1. Smash tofu for later use.
【Cooking steps】
1. Wash basil; wipe it dry ;mince it; then mix minced basil with vegetables, tofu & chopped cheese, and finally roll fillings into tofu skins.
2. Fry until golden brown.
[Special Notes]
1.Before frying, the rolls can be dusted with a thin layer of crispy frying powder.
2. Bean curd sheets can be replaced by yuba.
3. Vegan cheese shreds can be purchased at vegan-friendly supermarkets.
