▪️焗豆罐頭 1罐
▪️起司片 3片
▪️歐式麵包 6片
▪️孜然粉、水 適量
◎烹飪步驟:
【調理作法】
1.將焗豆罐頭倒入鍋中,加入少許水,小火加熱。煮滾後加入起司片、孜然粉,攪拌均勻至起司融化即可熄火。
2.將麵包加熱。
3.將起司焗豆醬盛裝入碗中,搭配歐式麵包一起享用。
【特別說明】
1.焗豆罐頭,可以在大賣場或食品材料行購得。
2.麵包可以依個人喜好選擇種類及口味。
3.焗豆醬的水分,酌量增減,不要一次下太多。完成的醬料應呈現有點稠度的狀態,趁熱享用更美味。
4.全素者可使用純素起司片替代。

◎Ingredients : (For 3 people)
▪️A can of baked beans
▪️Three slices of cheese
▪️Three slices of artisan bread
▪️Cumin powder、Water , adequate amount
◎ Instructions:
【Cooking Steps】
1. Pour canned baked beans into a pan and add a little water to cook over low flame. Bring to a boil and add in the cheese slices and cumin powder. Stir well until the cheese melts, and then turn off the heat.
2. Toast bread slices.
3. Pour the prepared beans into a bowl and serve with toasted European bread.
【Special Notes】
1. Canned baked beans can be purchased at supermarket or groceries.
2. The type of bread can be adjusted to personal preference.
3. The amount of water would decide the consistency of baked beans. It is suggested to be added little by little to avoid being too runny or too thick. Thickening baked beans will give your dish a scrumptious consistency. And remember to serve hot.
