?食材及佐料〔Ingredients〕:(5人份)
▪西生菜 1顆
▪素蠔油 3匙
▪白胡椒粉 適量
▪香油 1小匙
▪椰子油 1匙
?烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1.西生菜洗淨剝成片狀備用。
【調理作法】
1.煮一鍋開水,西生菜分兩次,滾水汆燙約15秒,備用。
2.醬料:素蠔油、白胡椒粉、香油、椰子油混合均勻。
3.將醬料、西生菜拌勻即可。
【特別說明】
汆燙西生菜要少量,滾水下顏色才會漂亮。

?Instructions
【Cutting/PRE-ahead】
1. Wash and take apart the lettuce into slices for later use.
【Cooking Steps】
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, and blanch the lettuce in two batches for about 15 seconds.
2. Dressing: well mix vegetarian oyster sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, and coconut oil.
3. Pour the dressing over lettuce and mix well.
[Special notes]
Blanch lettuce in a small amount to help it retains fresh green color under boiling water.
