◎食材及佐料〔Ingredients〕:(3人份)
▪️燕麥奶 適量
▪️白花椰菜米 500克
▪️西洋芹 50克
▪️鮮香菇 3朵
▪️素火腿 70克
▪️紅黃甜椒 各30克
▪️黑胡椒粒、鹽、砂糖、全素奶油 適量
◎烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1.西洋芹、甜椒、素火腿切丁。
2.鮮香菇切片。
【調理作法】
1.炒鍋加熱,加入全素奶油,依序將香菇、素火腿炒香,再加入西洋芹、紅黃甜椒略炒。
2.加入花椰菜米、燕麥奶稍微淹過食材,中小火煮滾後,再煮約5~10分鐘放入調味:黑胡椒粒、鹽、砂糖,即可享用!

📖In this recipe, we substitute rice with cauliflower rice that’s zero starch, gluten-free, high dietary fiber and healthy. You can taste the aroma of plant milk and the unique taste of cauliflower rice as soon as you shovel the food into your mouth. Along with the rich ingredients matched by Chef Guanyinshan, this tastes unique and fresh. Wanna have some change on the table? Follow the chef of Guanyinshan, let’s cook simple vegetarian dishes together!
◎Ingredients : (For 3 people)
▪️Oat milk , adequate amount
▪️Cauliflower rice 500g
▪️Celery 50g
▪️Three shiitake mushroom
▪️Vegetarian ham 70g
▪️Red yellow bell pepper 30g
▪️Black pepper、Salt、Sugar、Vegan butter , adequate amount
◎ Instructions:
【Cutting/ PREP-Ahead】
1. Diced celery, bell pepper and vegetarian ham.
2. Slice fresh shiitake mushrooms.
【Cooking Steps】
1. Heat the wok, add vegan cream, fry the mushrooms and vegetarian ham in sequence until fragrant, then add celery, red and yellow sweet peppers and fry for a while.
2. Add cauliflower rice and pour oat milk to cover the ingredients slightly, bring to a boil over medium-low heat, cook for about 5~10 minutes, add seasonings: black pepper, salt, sugar, and enjoy!
