◎食材及佐料〔Ingredients〕:(5人份)
▪️紅蘿蔔、鳳梨 各200克
▪️西洋芹 50克
▪️檸檬汁 約50cc
▪️砂糖 60克
▪️冰塊 100克
▪️飲用水 700cc
◎烹飪步驟:
【刀工/前處理】
1.紅蘿蔔洗淨去皮切薄片。
2.鳳梨去皮,切2公分大丁。
3.西洋芹用削皮刀去除粗纖維,切片備用。
【調理作法】
1.取一乾淨的果汁機,放入食材紅蘿蔔、鳳梨、西洋芹、水、冰塊,攪打至細緻無顆粒。
2.加入糖、檸檬汁調味,攪打均勻即可享用。
【特別說明】
1.糖、檸檬汁可以依個人喜好增減。
2.可以加少許蜂蜜提味。
3.加少許冰塊一起攪打可以保持鮮度。

We’ve launched fasting healthy drinks recipes on 9/20-9/24 for a one-week limit.
Since intermittent fasting has been a popular diet in Western countries for gaining physical fitness, this recipe is a great help for you to get that trend to reduce fat and go on a detox easily!
In fact, fasting, dated as far as 2,500 years ago, had been practised by Buddha and held a significant place in Buddhism spiritual practice throughout history.
Nowadays, fasting hass became a very popular diet in modern people’s busy and intense life. Fasting allows a break to the gut of leftovers and fecal remnants. Therefore, it strengthens our immune system since around 70 percent of the body’s immune cells are located in the gut. Studies show that it has positive impacts on detoxification, self-healing, and achieving physical and mental balance.
This golden fruit and vegetable drink, using pineapple, carrots, and celery, is fresh and full of vitality. It tastes sweet and sour.
Incorporating raw vegetables and fruits into your diet helps retaining more nutrients. It aligned with the principal of fasting to boost your energy and reach a body & soul fitness.

◎Ingredients : (For 5 people)
▪️Carrot、Pineapple 200g
▪️Celery 50g
▪️Lemon juice 50cc
▪️Sugar 60g
▪️Ice cube 100g
▪️Water 700cc
◎Instructions:
【Cutting/PRE-Ahead】
1. Wash the carrots, peel and slice them.
2. Peel the pineapple and dice it into 2 cm.
3. Remove the tough strings that run down the back of each rib of celery, and slice it for later use
【Directions】
1. Use a blender and add in carrots, pineapples, celery, water, ice cubes, and process until fine and smooth .
2. Add sugar and lemon juice to taste, process slightly and enjoy.
【Special notes】
1. Sugar and lemon juice is adjusting according to personal preference.
2. Add honey to enhance the flavor if you prefer.
3. Ice cubes is for keep up the tastes of freshness.
